I have enjoyed working with PSF on domestic refurbishment projects. Working on existing buildings requires a skill set which PSF have in abundance. They are very analytical and have a thorough knowledge of traditional construction. Unlike other Engineers who I have worked with in the past, PSF are comfortable with basement and sub-structure design, as he is with super-structure, including lofts.

During the entire refurbishment of our penthouse we had the pleasure of employing PSF through our Architects Red Square. My wife and I were impressed by their competence as Structural Engineers which allowed us to remove a number of support beams and make our flat much more beautiful and modern.

When we had concerns about the support for our large chandelier and cracking to our rear staircase wall they came to see us quickly and reassured us that these were safe. They also came up with a simple ingenious solution for fixing the new external balustrade on the roof terrace in such a way that the existing water-proofing remained intact.
