Paul Follows (Director)
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and set up PSF Structural Engineering Limited in 2007.
Following Graduation from the University of Leeds Civil and Architectural Engineering Department in 1991 Paul worked as a Site Engineer on major Civil Engineering projects with Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Limited. During that time he completed the Institution of Civil Engineering Training Scheme.
In 1997 he then moved into Structural Engineering Consultancy.
Paul has practised as a Structural Design Engineer with established Consultants such as Price and Myers and WSP. He was the Project Engineer on two RIBA award winning projects; a section of the renovation of the Grade 1 listed Royal Festival Hall and an eleven storey mixed development project in Pimlico.
Amongst others, Paul has provided Consultancy to:
- Railtrack – Jubilee Line Extension Southwark to Bermondsey.
- The Haywood Gallery – Art Installations on the roof.
- The South Bank Centre – Walkway demolition.
- The University of Nottingham – London
- J Sainsbury Ltd – Store Construction, extensions, and site purchases.
- University of Nottingham – Demolition of the famous Raleigh factory in Nottingham.
Besides these larger projects Paul has designed and managed hundreds of smaller projects.
PSF Structural Engineering Limited was set up in 2007 to provide Structural Engineering Consultancy across a number of sectors.
